Regardless of how many toggles the user has enabled / disabled, the wizard shows all items completed. It actually does not performs all the actions, but it shows all as completed. So in the screenshot, Elementor or default Kit have not been processed, but they show as done.
Big confusion for users. My bad for missing this and not testing extensively.
When I revisit the wizard again from the SK settings, the un-toggled actions appear correct.
How to fix?
I guess for any actions that the user has not toggled, they should simply not show up as completed. So in our case, after the wizard is completed the first time, it should only show the completed items (not all of them).
