Accent background appears in dropdown even if PRO is not active #631

When users work in the Free SK version, the background classes dropdown shows the accent bg as well, which is a PRO feature.
This is a bit problematic, because some users may select it, and it will not show anything / have any effect.
Can we have the Accent BG appear only in the PRO SK version?
