One model per file #29

tables/views are created with the name of the file (sans .sql)

I'm good to go on this. I deployed everything with the new version of dbt, ran several of the analyses, and inspected all files by hand. Looks pretty straightforward.

Please hold off on merging this until the dbt branch you're waiting on is ready to be merged as well. I think that this should be merged at the same time as that branch.
