GA4 & Marketing Pixels Bugs #43

Describe the bug Hi David, I noticed a few small bugs, it's a tool I use a lot so I wanted to contribute to its improvement. There are a few minor typos in the GA4 section. Filtering does not work in the Marketing pixels section.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Does it happens in all pages? Yes
  2. Which vendors is giving problems : GA4, Marketing Pixels
