Two commits as I initially was going to propose a file structure, in which articles would be housed in folders that coordinate with the left nave but decided against that as that decision is probably not within my scope.

The folder structure one is a good suggestion/up in the air. It might be possible to actually make the template do this itself, so that no one even has to add their links to the HTML template.

I can dig into the folder structure and the menu auto-generation. It's very possible, just need to work out the kinks. I'll make a pull request once I get it working.

@genejones, I believe @oarsi is working on a theme right now independently, so maybe hold off until he's done? I know it's possible, as http://randyzwitch.github.io has an auto-post structure.
