Lost internal links after coping pdf #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create PDF with fs
2. Copy PDF into another PDF using itext's pdf reader and writer links inclusive
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Internal links should work after coping.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.99.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Iternal links has to be realigned after copy. So they had to be defined as 
internal links which does not happen in fs. I provide a patch that solves this 
problem for me.

forgot to say:

the html should contain page internal links (<a href="www.abc.ccom#content">)
