Composer support #87

Composer ( http://getcomposer.org ) is a package management system for PHP. 
Introducing a composer.json file will allow the Apache Solr PHP Client library 
to be downloaded as a package with correct dependencies through Composer and 
Packagist ( http://packagist.org ).

Attached is the composer.json, which should be placed in the project's root.

composer seems very cool. It'd probably be best to actually branch and tag a 
real version along with this.
