Transferring with seamless breaks grid control #4

pretty self explanatory, if you transfer to a different nexus instance using the seamless plugin you will no longer be able to control any grids using the controller. is it possible to fix this?

I'm assuming that the transfer isn't being handled correctly by the session component, I'll have to look into what the seamless plugin actually does on a transfer, but it feels like it shouldn't be impossible to solve.
