Some workers have been outright replaced by a generic_worker #6

The old names, like synchrotron, will still work for a bit though the plan is to move towards a generic_worker setup aiui

I'm going to see about replacing these old example manifests with a smaller "I just want a Synapse" set, and leave all worker stuff to charts.
