CSV Import - file locked by application #112

When i try open some CSV, and want make some changes into it by some notepad. Its not possible to save my handmade changes coz CSV file owned by Ananas. They still owned even i delete "Local CAS Source" module from workspace.

I can't reproduce this issue on my side with the Fifa2019 example, (import CSV, explore, test, and run). Could you please provide step by step details to help me reproduce this issue?
