Features not appering in cheat painel, can´t move when close painel and craches related with graphc changes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i start GTA SA, he says something like "Direct3DCreate9Ex in libery 
dianmic with D3D9.dll
2. When i enter in a server the feature called SAMP- Patches is not there 
3. When i close the cheat painel i can´t move after close the painel or use 
the cheat´s sohrcut

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to star GTA SA with out problems, i want the SAMP- Patches features work 
and The hack UPDATE to R2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mod_sa.v4.3.3.3.SA-MP.v0.3z.R1.Setup

Please provide any additional information below.
When i start GTA SA or enter in a SAMP server he do an error relationated with 
DirectX9 dll. (D3D9.dll). And the hack is in R1 i really want to see updated t 
o R2 and soem fixes relationated with the current version.

That is the erro when i start GTA SA or when i enter in SAMP server.
