Redesigned the contact page layout #136

Description:

I have redesigned the contact page layout and tried to replicate the design provided in the Figma design given. However, since the footer and navbar are still to be redesigned, I have added a blurred effect to the image placeholder. The image needs to be adjusted once the navbar and other parts are redesigned. closes #129

Make following changes:

  1. Make the text in white in dark mode
  2. Make the the submit button rounded to sm
  3. In Message textbox, the text is being written in middle of box, make it write from start and add some padding to it.
