[feature] new indicator : SAR #265

Hi, Is it possible to add SAR ? I see PSAR but not the classical SAR.

I do not know if Sar and psar are the same, but when I use psar to calculate the data, it does not match the data obtained from other platforms. I cannot find the reason.

This is not the subject. PSAR and SAR are not the same. PSAR is parabolic, for trend. SAR is a "flat mode", like supertrend indicator.
