duplicate filters #215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When filters are duplicated for the first time, an error message will 
appear.
2. However, if I change them both to the same thing again and press 
"Enter", the program can still be run with duplicate filters.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the program should not be able to run until there are no duplicate filters. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2.0 on vista

Please provide any additional information below.

Please paste the debug.log found in root Syncless folder(if any) below.
(Please
filter off any data that you do not want other people to see with "#")
