To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Setting'
2. Click on 'Equalizer'
3. Nothing Happend. (I have already try with build-in speaker, Bluetooth earbuds, wire headphone via DAC converter. still nothing happened.

Expected behavior The Build in equalizer UI shown.

Screenshots The Build in equalizer is not shown so I cannot give any screen shot.

If your device have inbuilt equalizer then only you can open from here else you can't see anything.

I attached 2 gifs to prove that my phone supports equalizer. When using Spotify, I can open the equalizer UI, but when using Harmony Music, I cannot open the equalizer UI. I'm also sure that the Equalizer interface that spotify calls up is the system's equalizer (built-in equalizer) because different music software (ZingMp3, FiiO Music, BubbleUPNP...) also calls up the same EQ interface. like that. I'm willing to provide more information to debug this issue if you need it
