It's a downside that the library does not show your favorites and only downloaded songs.

I would like it to show favorited songs, but give it an icon if the song is already downloaded.

Maybe add another sorting option to the library to only show your favorited songs or downloaded songs.

but harmonymusic has "Playlists" in library which has favorites btw
