Ability to invite trainers #46

We need an ability to invite trainers from admin panel (and for everyone eventually).

It should allow inviting trainers to signup by providing a email address in a text box and allow tracking how many of them signed up.

We would use this feature to invite all people who have shown interest to conduct a workshop last year.
