We should have slug for orgs #55

I would love to see /orgs/fsmk than /orgs/1.

Ask for slug when a new org is registered and use that to find an org. All the links to org pages will also have to be corrected.

Instead of asking for slug, Can't we simply convert names of the org into slugs at the backend, and then map them to the urls?

I prefer to have /orgs/fsmk than /orgs/free-software-movement-karnataka and it is hard to generate them.
