Error in SignUp page for trainers #64

I tried signing up as a trainer via http://demo.pythonexpress.in/trainers/signup, but it gives me an error. The image contains more details about it: screenshot from 2014-08-19 16 01 38

I had to follow an alternate way:

  1. Log In first via Google, after which it showed me an error that I have logged in but not signed up as a trainer. So I signed up via the link that was on the page there.
  2. I was redirected to the above link with a success notification but the same error message was displayed there.
