Enhance venue display to include City/location #140

The 4sq "style guide" is having people remove location names from the venue
names for venues with more than one location. Now, place names in the
Friends list have no context.

When 4sq sends a twitter update for check-ins, it mentions the city, so
adding the city to the friends list, and even the search results, will help
find friends better.
