It works good on me. I can't replicated the issue. Can you provide following informations to us?

1. Do you have any Good Lock module installed? If yes, which modules you have and how much customization applied with them? 2. Do you have QuickStar module installed? If your answer is "Yes" then check "Background Blur Level" from QuickStar. If you maxed it out, its quite normal to have some lags on 20+ notifications. 3. Check is there any 3rd party apps QS tiles on QS screens. Some 3rd party apps crashing or needs wake-up when QS/Notification slided down. Maybe thats the reason of lag. 4. If your issue still unsolved, take a video screenshot and upload it here.

Here is my video screenshot (some waits because of me, not rom issue): https://youtu.be/wLQfQblIJnQ

even mine have hiccups sometimes. it goes smoothly but after sometime like 2 mins later it stutters then goes back to normal. This goes forth and back. Not only the quick settings but also the entire rom. Overall this is a beautiful rom, but i wish it was smooth.

Besides overclocking, there is nothing that can be done here ROM wise to make the phone run it smoother. especially the notification shade which even lags on my S9 device once i get spammed by notifs
