[BUG] Bugs (Music app name) freezes when navigating in the app #284

Describe the bug App having the issue: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.neowiz.android.bugs&hl=ko&gl=US (not geo-locked, does not require account to navigate around).

When I navigate around the app (e.g. tapping on albums or just scrolling through the homepage), it would freeze the screen for 5-10 seconds. If I slide the notification menu down even just a little bit, the screen/app would unfreeze immediately.

This happened on the V4 rom, so I did a full wipe upgrade to V6 and it would still freeze, I have never experienced this issue on other devices with the same app.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Bugs app
  2. Scroll down the Home Page or tap some album art
  3. App/Screen Freezes after a second or two

Expected behavior App should not freeze when scrolling/navigating

I have similar problem with a french weather application (météo France) . The workaround that works for me is to activate "Disable HW overlay" in developer options.
