The Smart Manager (Chinese) that comes in the installation option, everything works correctly, except cleaning the ram memory
How To Reproduce
Open applications like crazy, close the windows, open the smart manager, go to RAM, optimize it, close the app, log back in, and everything appears as if you had done nothing
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

You should close open processes and applications that consume ram memory to "lighten the system" and have more performance, but it doesn't.
