I have the same laptop but with different name cx-0510nd, which is only different in:
CPU: i7-8750H
GPU 1060 max-Q (not supported anyways)
Wifi: Realtek RTL8822BE
The rest of specs are exactly the same. I've swapped the default m.2 with a 1tb Kingston nvme tho.
So, i keep getting kernel panics and crashes during first boot. Can you give me any tip or hint on how to get this to work. And what options to use in the "very basic" BIOS this device got.
Already tried:
Your version of opencore and newser onse.
Using my own custom SSDT'S.
I tried montrey, ventura, sonoma. Dortania way and .raw image way.
Sorry i know it's been a while, but im so desperate. And your repo is the only one so close to my laptop, and dortania guide seems not to help.
