[BUG] Rear cam 4x zoom shortcut not 4 but 10x

Describe the bug 1x button gives 1x zoom 2x button gives 2x zoom 4x button gives 10x zoom

Edit Telephoto camera activates at 2.4x zoom S8/S8+ 4x = 8x

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Camera
2. Long press the 2 buttons which control the 2 rear cameras on Note 8
3. Click 4x zoom
4. Get 10x zoom

Expected behavior 4x=4x ; 4x=/10x

This issue comes from camera app itself, not fixable tho, no other cam app to use to fix this. Try to manually zoom instead of using zoom buttons. Leaving it open for visibility.

Main reason id want to solve this is to handle note 8 telephoto camera switch, which happens at 2.4x zoom rather than 2x. will see if it can be fixed apk wise

What you want to do furtherly regarding telephoto has nothing to do with 4x zoom being actually 10x. That's the limitation of camera app which on s8 actually goes to 8x zoom if enabled, because s8 cam can only do 8x max.. It's too tricky and doesn''t worth, manual zoom works fine, we may be able to enable shooter button zoom for ease of access and that's about it. Hence the wontfix label.

Sadly the fix (including 2.0x telephoto activation) will have to be reverted, while it fixes the buttons it makes the slider wonky, i dont have time to investigate and fix it for v2.1
