[BUG] All* Devices cant adjust flashlight intensity #5

Describe the bug No option to adjust flashlight intensity in quick settings

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Additional context ~- Due to note 8 dual camera setup, we are unable to use the fix applied to S8 / S8+ devices that allows for proper torch intensity control. there is no clear path to fix this issue and is unlikely to be fixed.~

As a workaround, i will set the default torch level to max by default.
