[BUG] Telephoto somehow broke post-release

Describe the bug Telephoto (the zoom camera thingy) just decided to break.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Galaxy Note 8
• Model: N950F

Additional context Error is due to mismatched timesteps, how, why i dont fucking know.

i was mistaken, my lenses was dirty and the camera needed more light, a bug exists however which is the 2.0x activation patch was missed from the rom, aside from that telephoto still works like it did on v1.
