Similar to ACBF panels and text layers.

This would aid in accessibility as well as guided reading, translations etc.

I couldn't see it mentioned before.

Pretty sure this is not related, you are talking about things within the file/ book. Whereas this project is about the external book/ publication tracking and relevant data.
