Support for multiple patch queues #10

Mercurial supports multiple patch-queues with the qqueue command.

This patch adds a further section "Patch Queues" to the queue buffer when more than one patch-queue exists and sets monky-patch-dir according to the currently active patch queue so that the correct patch files are found.
