"f" for qfinish and "F" for qfinish --applied #14

I am proposing changing keybinds again. For consistency (upper case command is stronger version of the lower one), I think its better to have "f" for hg qfinish and "F" for hg qfinish --applied. I moved hg qfold to "l".
