Spending from a credit card increases "Available for Budget" #267

Describe your Environment OS: Mac Sonoma 14.5 (silicon) Paisa Version: 0.6.6 App Variant: CLI

Describe the bug Whenever one spends towards an Expense account with a CreditCard and a budget is present, "Available for Budget" increases where I would expect it to stay the same.

To Reproduce Contents of main.ledger:

2024-08-01 Opening Balances
        Assets:Checking:Swedbank     30000 SEK
        Equity:OpeningBalance

~ Monthly in 2024-08-01
        Expenses:Groceries     5000 SEK
        Assets:Checking

2024-08-02 Ica
        Expenses:Groceries     4000 SEK
        Liabilities:CreditCard:AmericanExpress

Expected behavior Available for Budget should be 25000
