6 years ago I think it's true. But my intention behind blocking the UI during the fetching is to prevent the user from scrolling rapidly, but I agree it's not a good implementation. Initially, I have did the fetching in background when there are two more surveys left for the user to see. But, I moved to this implementation for more better user experience, which wasn't the result
IMO, the behavior of pagination is a bit odd here. It will try to reload even though it's already loaded the last page and I think blocking the UI when fetching next page is a little strange. it could be done in background as it would serve user experience nicer, IMO ✌🏻
