Get .net Framework initialization error using Gallio - do NOT get this with MSTest #828

Tests run fine within VS 2010 or MSTest command line
In Gallio get .net Framework initialization error (unable to find version of 
runtime to run this application)

When I set Test Runner Factory to IsolatedAppDomain (vs. the default of 
Isolated Process), everything runs fine, so case closed!!
