i'm having the same issue, which started yesterday (1/31/2011).

used to work over wifi, had to create my account through sipdroid and
everything worked fine and made a few phonecalls. yesterday got an email from
pbxes saying that i needed to login and update my account with more private
information or they would delete it in 10 days.

after the update on the website, sipdroid has stopped working. deleted my
account and re-installed sipdroid multiple times and still am getting the
(login time-out) error.

Try to change the protocol in sipdroid to udp instead of tcp

I am also having the same issue on version 2. When I downgrade to earlier
version, sidroid can register again.
