Add image thumbanils and summary for individual RSS posts.

Since this will take up space, you can show items as slideshow.

"show items as slideshow" you mean the reader page should have a slideshow that will show the rss feed item

So when I will click on RSS feed from front-end, I will see slideshow as well as current list format below slideshow.

You can use a JS framework for front-end. Everything should be ajaxified.
