Sir indicated that he would like us to do some level of analytics on the operation of the Canteen and display some data in the form of graphs, charts etc

Please pitch in on what statistics we can show

  1. 'Popular Dish' could be a useful statistic. It would be a good idea to rank dishes in order of their demand on a daily, monthly or a weekly basis (which will aid the estimation of ingredient requirements).

  2. Monthly profit trends could be studied.
