[Feature-Request]: How can I run this on AMD GPU Windows? #67

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

In the instructions I am directed to https://github.com/lshqqytiger/stable-diffusion-webui-directml for AMD GPUs. However that wouldn't install this WebUX. How can I run this webui-ux on AMD?

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Go to ....
  2. Press ....
  3. ...

at the moment you can't but if enough people vote for it I will fork the directml version the main issue is I don't own any system with AMD GPU and it would be hard to debug and a lot of trial and error on the way but I am confident that it will work in the end :)

Thanks, that makes sense. Looking forward To AMD support eventually; thanks for your work!

Would love this UI on AMD as well! Currently have a working directml installation, but I'm fine with testing and possibly breaking stuff!

But in the meantime, is it possible to just drop in a few files (styles.css, etc) and just assume it will work? Or do I need to make lots of backend changes?

EDIT: I got it working partially, but there's some stuff broken, like image-browser extension losing its delete/generation info stuff, but otherwise it does generate images now using the directml backend!

EDIT EDIT: It's working normally now! Although I'm still finding weird issues such as the hidden tabs and header tabs settings not saving (had to edit the ui-config file manually), but so far is ok..... watch me jinx this
