could you please make Pophrom 1.9 available to users.

Ich have locally zippe, installed, and tested with
git archive -o Transformer-v1.9rc3.zip v1.9rc3 Transformer/
in Windows XP.

(as documented in https://code.google.com/p/trnsfrmr/wiki/Publish)

Works well for me in canary chrome.

Would be great, Benny, if you could review and upload my tagged version to the 
Chrome Web Store.

While you're at it it would be useful to make following change of
Link to support & FAQ for your item (optional)
from
https://code.google.com/p/trnsfrmr/issues/entry
to
https://code.google.com/p/trnsfrmr/issues/list
to get less issues submitted by accident.

Hello,

Could you please make version Popchrom 1.9 available to all users?  I miss 
using Popchrom and really appreciate having an internal text expanding tool.
