give this repository to some official person #226

i am not the maintainer of the rom collection browser plugin. i have migrated the stuff from the google code project just to get a writable clone to work with, since that's not possible on google code anymore.

i have notified the main support thread in the hope someone picks up the project here, and i'd be happy to give it up to someone that can show up the proper credentials (a post on the forum, i guess? not sure how that works in the kodi world).

i just wanted to fix this annoying bug, described in #225
