Fill notes with information #2

If we do not have information inside the individual files that we have, we will not be able to expand what we have, nor will our project be of any use to anyone.

Suggestions:

Implement at least 1 link in every file that we have, so that people coming in the future can get more resources on what they want to know about.
Give a description for the file on the top of the file.
Add tags at the bottom of the file (for Obsidian facilitation).

I think I have filled the files up to the best of my ability. I think it is ready.
