Modify Latest Code to Follow the Conventions

[ ] Check the scenes hierarchy
[ ] Check the prefabs implementation and order of components
[ ] Check every single script
[ ] Check every single test
[ ] Make sure scripts worked as previously intended
[ ] Make sure all tests are still passing
[ ] Optional: leave comments if needed to explain complex code or try best try to code in a way that is more readable by itself

Once defined, conventions were followed by the team's members throughout the development of the MVP. However, not all files in the MVP strictly follow conventions as of this moment due to limitations on time.

Therefore, this issue now falls under future work. As future work it would be helpful to go over the project with the sole purpose of applying and verifying applied conventions as needed to fill all the check boxes found in this issue.
