What service (Calendar, Docs, Picasa) should be enhanced?
YouTube

What is the enhancement?
Being able to set videos to be private, as is mentioned here:
http://code.google.com/apis/youtube/2.0/developers_guide_protocol_uploading_vide

I might see if a PHP script or other method can be used to do it since I only 
need a one-time thing for one account.

And overall, I am thankful for the project as it allows me to upload videos 
that are already on my server (which is also my Internet gateway) instead of 
having to copy them from my server to my desktop and then send them back 
through the server.

I'd like to be able to set the video private or unlisted from the command line 
as well.

fixed by r468. Use --access public or --access private to set video privacy 
when you post it.

Sorry for not even hinting that I'd seen this issue until now. :P

I don't believe there is, and there is another issue logged for that:
