Free up space after deletes #131

Deleting tracks only creates free space inside the database for new tracks. The 
VACUUM command makes this space available to the file system.

Add the operation to execute a VACUUM command.

Android uses-DSQLITE_DEFAULT_AUTOVACUUM=1.... VACUUM added because of reports 
of to large data usage
