Offline maps (generated with Mobile Atlas Creator for example) #181

This is a very nice app and has all the features I need, except one: offline 
maps.

It would be nice to be able to create an offline map with for example 'Mobile 
Atlas Creator' (http://mobac.dnsalias.org/) and use them offline.

The osm rendering uses the Osmdroid library. I have tested the next 
OpenGPSTracker release with atlas creator and it works. Just need some time to 
finish the next release and describe the procedure.
