Rebuild #14

Hello,

After using this library for a while I have decided it's time to take this one file and break it apart to have an easier way of navigation and search for stuff inside this library. Also I have added two new properties box-shadow and text-shadow (next transforms).

I would love to here some feedback about the changes and if you think they are appropriate for this project.

modularity, i like it! but since this project does not have any kind of testing, i'll need to check it later and get back to you.

If you want I can push to another branch a start of css unit tests for this library.
