How to use bi-app-sass to convert 3rd party .css files (e.g. jquery.ui styles) to RTL?

bi-app is not intended to convert third party libraries into bi-directional stylesheets,

the main purpose is to let you define your own stylesheets to be bi-directional.

you can use one of the many available rtl converters, (e.g R2 ).
