Right now many Linux internals are getting tapped. As reaction to this, we'll increase security.

note on this, the csgo process isn't the actual process doing the scanning so the hooks in Preload need to be placed on steam too

Pull Request #279 removed Byte Patching from Sniper Crosshair and Third Person. Only bSendPacket does still byte patch.
