@anastasia-lucas and @manu148 : what is the status of reviewing/accepting/declining this Pull Request?

@richelbilderbeek @manu148 Let me take a look at this and get back to you. I was holding off on it until we got the manuscript submitted, but I'm not sure it makes sense to keep waiting on it.

@manu148 I think this is a really nice feature, but in the immediate future I am planning to focus on adding capability to create interactive plots. I would suggest to propose this merge on the github.com/RitchieLab/hudson fork as it is more likely they would be taking over maintenance of the package in the next few months.
