Slug Pattern doen not work #4

Hi, I installed this plugin for create an unique machine name for all localizations. I would like user this pattern [entity_type]-[Title] so I set the entity type name in Default field and title in Slug Pattern field but I see always this pattern [entity_type]-[date].
