Update latte.go for median and CDF output #6

Hi Nikos, I deleted my fork of your repo and started again... You really have added a lot of new output stats, I agree that 95th percentile may be useful, too. So, this patch adds the Median and CDF at 1 msec (which we may want to change). I also reversed the sequence of 95th and 99th percentile calculations, and added "~" because these are estimates, and I've seen that they are very approximate... Also, I used %f format as you did, I had been using %d.
